The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Denton, TX to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. This role involves communicating with customers and insurers, documenting information, and collaborating with the team to achieve KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in customer service and experience in automotive repair estimates, with familiarity with insurance processes and the DRP environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings as required.
• Support all team members as needed.
