Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with locations across the U.S. We educate customers about repair procedures, insurance processes, and their rights.

Our team completes initial and final estimates after full evaluation, manages each repair through completion, and ensures quality with in-process QC. We keep customers informed at every step and coordinate data with Body Technicians, post-scan, and pre-close of repair orders, including disbursement paperwork and carrier

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking with strong time management.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems: CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair from start to finish and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a great customer experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork and ensure carrier requirements are met.
