Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network actively expanding across the U.S. We seek a detail-oriented Estimator/Coordinator to educate customers, perform initial and final estimates after full disassembly, and manage each repair to meet our quality standards.

You will keep customers informed and work with Body Technicians to complete post-scanning per vehicle. The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and proficiency with common estimating systems.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills
• Organization and multi-tasking with good time management in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques and value.
• Completes initial write-up and final estimates after full damage evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about repair status and ensure a great customer experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning per vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle paperwork and carrier requirements.
