Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator to educate clients about the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights, while drafting accurate estimates for vehicle damage and disassembly.

You will manage each repair step, review data with Body Technicians, handle paperwork, and keep customers informed to deliver the best experience. This role supports our nationwide network of state-of-the-art collision repair centers.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization, multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, finalize after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair and perform in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide the best experience.
• Coordinate data and post-scan steps with Body Technicians.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
