Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with over 650 locations nationwide. This role focuses on educating customers, generating accurate estimates, and guiding repairs to meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle repair estimates and insurance procedures.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with body technicians and review repair data.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, rights, techniques and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process ensuring Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on repair status and deliver a top-notch experience.
• Pull and review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning checks for each vehicle.
