Job summary

The Boyd Group in Denton, TX is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through repair steps, and ensuring compliance with DRP and insurance requirements. The role offers commission opportunities and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to use basic computer tools.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand all required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
• Support all team members when required.
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required).
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
