Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by coordinating vehicle repair estimates and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The role involves assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and ensuring alignment with team KPIs. Training in I-CAR and DRP compliance are part of the responsibilities, with opportunities to grow in a busy collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's; Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
