Job summary

Boyd Group Services in Chico, CA is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance providers. You will document damages, specify repairs and parts, and help the team achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the repair process, ensuring compliance with DRP and insurance requirements, and participating in daily production walks and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Maintain KPI performance and assist team members as needed.
