Job summary

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Coordinate repair planning and communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Maintain the store's KPIs by maximizing role performance.
• Attend training sessions and participate in periodic health and safety meetings as required.
