The Boyd Group Services in Danville, VA is hiring an Estimator to create accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. You’ll assess damage, document required repairs and parts, and guide customers to achieve exceptional service outcomes.

Key duties include documenting interactions, adhering to DRP and insurer requirements, and participating in team production touches.

Qualifications

• CCC1 Estimating System knowledge is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and DRP experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs and repair planning.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and over the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed and attend required trainings.
