Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The estimator will document damage, coordinate parts, and ensure alignment with the repair facility's KPIs while supporting team members and maintaining core values.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Uphold the company's Core Values : Honesty, Integrity & Respect
