Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Automotive Estimator to provide accurate damage assessments, prepare estimates, and coordinate repair needs for customers and insurers. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and cross-team collaboration to meet KPIs.

The estimator will document interactions, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure adherence to insurance programs and company standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training if not already certified.
• Requires valid driver's license and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and company procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings; assist as needed.
