Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while generating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and collaborate with the management team to meet facility KPIs. Attention to detail and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Awareness of DRP processes and required compliance.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers and insurers.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate requirements to technicians and managers.
• Ensure compliance with DRP and WOW operating procedures.
• Attend trainings and participate in team meetings as required.
