Crash Champions is seeking a customer-centered estimator to educate clients on repair processes, insurance steps and vehicle value. You will prepare initial and full estimates, manage repairs through to completion, and ensure quality standards are met across the process.

You will keep customers informed, review data with technicians, close repair orders, and handle discharge paperwork while coordinating with insurers to meet necessary requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and partner interactions is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Completes initial and full-disassembly-based estimates and locks final estimates.
• Manage each repairthrough completion ensuring Crash Champions quality standards.
• Keep customers informed on status and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle paperwork and ensure carrier requirements are met.
