Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights, while delivering accurate estimates from initial to final. You will manage each repair through completion, ensuring Crash Champions’ quality standards are met via ongoing QC, and keep customers fully informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are required.
• Strong organization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
