Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Customer Service/Estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, and value, with final estimates after full damage evaluation. You will guide each repair through to completion, maintaining high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include keeping customers informed, reviewing data with Body Technicians, handling pre-close paperwork, and ensuring carrier requirements are met. Base pay aligns with posted range and benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Excellent organization, multitasking and time management in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with multiple estimating systems; CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and deliver the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork and address file exceptions.
