The position emphasizes strong organizational skills, multitasking, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments, with familiarity in CCC One and Mitchell & Audatex.

Qualificações

• Customer service skills are required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments is needed.
• Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One and Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques and value.
• Complete initial estimates and finalize estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair throughout the process to ensure quality standards.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle paperwork to meet carrier requirements.
