Job summary

Crash Champions is a fast-growing collision repair leader with 650+ locations nationwide. This role educates customers on the repair process, insurance steps, and value, while guiding repairs from intake to final QC and documentation. You will review estimates, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely, transparent communication with clients.

A background with CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex is helpful. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to advance within a large MSO

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and claims is a plus.
• Knowledge of estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex helps.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete estimates; write after disassembly and damage evaluation; lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide excellent service.
• Pull and review data with Body Technicians; complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork
