Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with over 650 locations across 38 states. We educate customers on repair processes, insurance interactions, and safety practices while managing each repair from intake to final QC.

The role involves detailed estimating, post-disassembly evaluation, and ensuring all carrier requirements are met. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, organizational skills, and experience with CCC One or similar estimating systems like Mitchell/Audatex,

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems, CCC One preferred, Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on repair status and provide a positive customer experience.
• Pull and review data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are met.
