Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Customer Service/Estimator to educate customers about repairs, insurance, and process while maintaining high service standards. You will complete initial estimates, finalize after disassembly, and guide repairs with QC checks to ensure quality.

In this role you will interact with insurance partners, manage multiple repairs, and keep customers updated throughout the process. Experience with estimating systems like CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and carriers preferred.
• Experience with auto repair estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair with in-process QC to Crash Champions’ standards.
• Keep customers informed and updated on status for the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
