Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a dedicated team member to educate customers about the repair process, insurance procedures, and their rights. You will complete and lock final repair estimates, manage repairs with attention to quality standards, and keep customers informed throughout the journey.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, organization, and familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex. A fast-paced environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with auto body estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the vehicle repair process.
• Complete initial estimates, full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier requirements are met.
