Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network in the United States, operating 650+ locations across 38 states. This role focuses on educating customers about repairs, insurance procedures, and rights, while guiding each repair from intake to close with attention to safety and value.

As part of a fast-paced environment, you will manage estimates, coordinate with body technicians, and ensure accurate paperwork, carrier requirements, and a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills.
• Organized with multi-tasking and good time management.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair through the process and ensures Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keeps customers informed on vehicle status and delivers the best possible experience.
• Able to pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions and carrier requirements.
