Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator to educate clients on repair processes, insurance procedures, and safety standards across a large network of shops in the U.S. You will generate and lock final estimates, monitor repair progress, and ensure adherence to Crash Champions' quality standards.

Proficiency with estimating systems (CCC One preferred; Mitchell and Audatex), strong organization, and top-tier customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with estimating systems; CCC One preferred, and Mitchell & Audatex knowledge.
• Experience with insurance processes and customer-centric service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, and safety.
• Complete initial and final damage estimates.
• Manage repairs and perform in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status.
• Review data with Body Technicians and post-scan.
• Pre-close repair orders and handle paperwork.
