Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused coordinator to educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, and estimates. You will manage each repair from intake to final QC, keeping customers informed and ensuring quality standards.

The role requires strong multitasking ability, familiarity with estimating systems, and a smooth collaboration with body technicians to resolve issues and finalize paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within collision repair preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for a fast-paced shop environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is a plus.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service setting.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair through to completion and perform in-process QC to meet company standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and address file exceptions.
