Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and value. You will complete initial estimates, update final estimates after full evaluation, and manage each repair through the process while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include keeping customers informed, reviewing data with Body Technicians, post-scanning checks, and pre-closing repair orders with proper paperwork and carrier compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision repair estimation.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures preferred.
• Able to manage multiple repairs simultaneously.
• Strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair throughout the process while ensuring Crash Champions’ quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keeps each customer informed and updated on vehicle status and provides the best possible experience.
• Pulls and reviews data procedures with Body Technicians and completes post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre-closes the final repair order, handles disbursement paperwork, addresses exceptions, and ensures carrier requirements are met.
