Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our on-site team in Malvern, PA. You will educate customers through repairs, manage estimates, and oversee the repair process to uphold our quality standards. The role emphasizes clear communication with customers, collaboration with body technicians, and accurate documentation.

Experience with CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range backed by yearly incentives.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential.
• Strong organization and multitasking with time management for a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and partners is preferred.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance steps, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Prepare initial estimates, refine after full damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Supervise repairs to meet Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and deliver a superior service experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
