Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive repair or insurance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with insurance processes and estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights and safety.
• Complete initial estimates, finalize estimates after evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards throughout the process.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a great experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle paperwork and carrier requirements.
