Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused team member to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value. You will complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly, and lock final numbers.

You will manage each repair from intake to completion, ensuring Crash Champions’ quality standards with in-process QC and keeping customers informed with a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and communication skills for dealing with customers and insurers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and repair estimating systems.
• Familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex estimating platforms.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep every customer informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork and ensure carrier requirements.
