Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring for a role focused on customer education and accurate estimating throughout the repair lifecycle. You will prepare initial and final estimates, coordinate with body technicians, and ensure transparency with clients as repairs progress.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to educate customers and manage expectations.
• Experience with insurance procedures and estimating processes.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems, especially CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage repairs through the process while ensuring quality standards and in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about status and provide an excellent experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with body technicians and complete post-scanning.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork and address file exceptions
