Job summary

Crash Champions, a leading collision repair network, is seeking a knowledgeable estimator to guide customers through the repair process and insurance procedures. You will prepare initial and final estimates, monitor repairs, and ensure quality across stages of the repair workflow.

Ideal candidates will manage multiple files efficiently, collaborate with body technicians, and communicate clearly with customers to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, update after full disassembly and damage evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Coordinate data and post-scanning steps with Body Technicians and finalize repairs.
