Job summary

Crash Champions is looking for a customer-centric estimator to educate clients about the repair process and guide them through insurance steps. You will prepare initial estimates, finalize after full evaluation, and manage repairs with quality control to meet company standards.

Ideal candidates will handle data review with technicians, ensure proper paperwork, and keep customers informed throughout the repair journey. This role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of estimating processes and insurance procedures.
• Familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete and finalize repair estimates after evaluation.
• Oversee repair progress and QC according to standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and experiences.
• Review data with body technicians and post-scan per vehicle.
• Pre-close repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
