Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused repair coordinator to educate customers about the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights, and to write initial estimates and update customers throughout the repair.

You will review final estimates, manage each repair to Crash Champions quality standards, and coordinate with body technicians, disbursement paperwork, and carrier requirements to ensure a smooth, transparent experience for every vehicle.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes and insurance procedures.
• Prepare initial and final repair estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards.
• Keep customers informed on repair status and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with body technicians and finalize repair orders.
• Handle disbursement paperwork and carrier requirements.
