Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused coordinator in Mesquite, TX to educate customers, manage estimates, and oversee repairs from start to finish. You will coordinate with insurance partners, review data with body technicians, and ensure compliance with carrier requirements while maintaining Crash Champions’ quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, multitasking, and experience with estimating systems (CCC One preferred).

Competenze

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred; Mitchell & Audatex).

Mansioni

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
