Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator/coordinator in Chandler, AZ to guide customers through the repair process and insurance procedures. You will prepare initial and final estimates, oversee each repair stage, and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards while keeping customers fully informed throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One,

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive or insurance settings preferred.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and estimating systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide a great experience.
• Review data procedures with body technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
