Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator/coordinator to guide clients through the repair process and insurance steps. You will educate customers on procedures, manage estimates, and oversee repair progress to maintain quality standards.

You'll complete initial estimates, finalize after full evaluation, and keep clients updated while coordinating with body technicians to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential for clear customer communication.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities to manage active repairs.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and partner interactions preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, and finalize estimates after full damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the repair order, handle paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements.
