Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a on-site Estimator/Customer Service Coordinator at our Dallas-area location to educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, and rights. You will complete estimates, oversee repairs, and ensure quality by in-process QC while keeping customers updated throughout the process.

Responsibilities include data review with body technicians, pre-closing final orders, and handling disbursement paperwork. Prior experience with CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex is valued.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair and perform in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and ensure a great experience.
