You will collaborate with body technicians to ensure quality, track progress, and deliver transparent updates to customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data review, and adherence to Crash Champions’ standards, with opportunities for incentive-based earnings within a supportive, fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service skills and ability to educate customers on repairs, insurance, and process.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced workshop setting.
• Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC One preferred; Mitchell and Audatex).

Aufgaben

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after evaluation and disassembly, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning checks.
