Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, drafting repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will document damage appraisal, parts needs, and coordinate with the team to meet KPIs while upholding WOW standards. Join a supportive team in a dynamic collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an estimator role or similar.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy in interactions with customers both in person and on the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.

Skills
