Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

The role emphasizes documenting interactions, aligning with team KPI goals, and adhering to all insurance and WOW guidelines. Candidates should have DRP experience, a high school diploma, and I-CAR training eligibility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver's License

Responsabilités

• Document every customer interaction with accurate details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide timely information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Way procedures for drops, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend trainings and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold company values.
