Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. The role requires detailing repairs, documenting communications, and aligning with team KPIs to drive performance.

The Estimator will ensure compliance with DRP standards, participate in production walks, and support team members.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (already listed in Education).
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training and maintain DRP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair process.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams to meet KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and WOW Operating Way standards.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings as required.
• Maintain KPI performance by accurate data entry and proactive communication.
