Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle damage appraisals and coordinating repairs. The role emphasizes clear communication with customers and insurance companies to meet KPIs and service standards.

The Estimator will assess damage, document needed repairs, and work with the team to ensure timely, quality outcomes while following WOW operating procedures and DRP requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with timely, accurate information through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Coordinate with team during daily production walks and training sessions.
• Support team members and participate in health & safety meetings.
