Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers.

You will assess vehicle damage, document needed repairs, and communicate with the team to meet facility KPIs while upholding WOW standards and compliance across all processes. Prior experience in collision repair is valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills and DRP compliance.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Comply with WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and trainings as required.
