Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. You will document all interactions and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to look up information.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1-year experience.
• willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely, informative guidance through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and WOW operating methods.
• Coordinate with management and team members on repair planning and communication.
• Attend training sessions and safety meetings as required.
