Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

You will work with the team to ensure repairs align with KPIs, participate in daily production walks, and support coworkers while upholding core values of honesty, integrity and respect.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and company processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Maintain KPI performance and support team members.
• Uphold Company Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
