Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document all interactions, communicate the repair plan, and ensure adherence to DRP requirements.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the process, communicating repairs and parts needs, and participating in management-led production walks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with team during daily production walks and meetings.
• Assist and support team members as needed.
• Attend training and information sessions as recommended by Store Manager.
