Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused professional to guide vehicle repairs through the insurance and repair process. You will educate customers, prepare estimates, and monitor each repair to meet quality standards.

In this role you will keep customers informed, coordinate with body technicians, review data procedures, and handle final paperwork to ensure a smooth experience through completion.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in auto repair or insurance environments.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced shop.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and repair workflows.
• Knowledge of common estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about the repair process and insurance procedures.
• Prepare initial and final estimates after disassembly and evaluation.
• Oversee repairs to ensure quality standards throughout the process.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and expectations.
• Coordinate data with body techs and post-scan as needed.
• Close out repair orders and handle necessary paperwork.
