Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator/Customer Service professional to educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, and rights, while performing accurate estimates and overseeing the repair flow.

In this fast-paced role, you will collaborate with Body Technicians, physicians? no, technicians; you will manage final estimates, ensure quality, and keep customers informed throughout the repair journey. Competitive benefits include medical and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and partners is preferred.
• Experience with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after damage evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair through to completion and ensure quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide a great customer experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning checks.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork and ensure carrier requirements.
