Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an on-site Estimator/Customer Service Specialist to educate customers on the repair process and insurance steps. You will complete estimates, review disassembly results, and lock final numbers while managing repairs to meet Crash Champions' quality standards.

This full-time role requires strong organization, familiarity with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex), and the ability to keep customers informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to educate customers on repair processes.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Experience with insurance processes and estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates, update after full disassembly, lock final estimates.
• Manage repair progress and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
