Job summary

Crash Champions seeks a dedicated estimator to guide customers through the repair journey from initial contact to final delivery. You will finalize estimates after thorough evaluation and coordinate with technicians to ensure high-quality results.

The role emphasizes clear communication, effective paperwork handling, and collaboration with insurance partners to meet carrier requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating auto body repairs and insurance procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with good time management.
• Knowledge of working with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems: CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance processes, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, finalize estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair to Crash Champions quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and deliver excellent service.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning on vehicles.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle paperwork and ensure carrier requirements are met.
