Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled estimator/position to guide customers through the repair process in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare estimates, coordinate with body technicians, and ensure timely communication with customers. The role offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Experience with CCC One or Mitchell & Audatex is preferred, along with strong organizational and insurance knowledge. This position is based at multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills are essential for handling customers and insurance partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop environment is required.
• Experience with insurance processes and estimating systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures.
• Complete initial and full estimates and lock final estimates.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a great experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and handle post-scanning steps.
